I wanted to  attend  the summit  meeting between  Exeter & Stratham  this week. I am kicking myself for not going, but alas I have been painting my interiors  for the holidays .  This meeting took place on Thursday  at the Exeter Inn. It was attended by our Town  Manager and his  Stratham  counterpart. Oh , and of course business leaders and  hosted by an engineering firm. I wanted  to see if any of our Selectmen attended, maybe  ask a  few questions. I am  not  happy with the continued discussions of  joining  systems, water & sewer. I have brought this up before, it’s a non starter in my  book. One of our Selectmen said once  “we  can’t chain  Mr Dean to his office”. I disagree.
