I don’t think planners are providing enough handicapped parking. I am seeing more  plates with that designation. I also see  people  leaping out of these vehicles sometimes to do errands. Hey maybe it’s their Dad’s car. I dunno.  I checked a bit , it’s pretty easy to get one. They seem to have expanded the definition of handicapped. A Chiropractor can sign off  on it.
