Dump seniority now as a first step.
Then pass term limits.
This fellow Waxman actually attended college and law school.

While Waxman did do a less than good job explaining the situation he is correct in that loss of the ice cap in the North Pole will have significant impacts to the North Pole tundra.
First any species that exits during the very short warming season could be wiped out because while the tundra is ice covered most of the year there is a permafrost that keeps the water from sinking into the ground thus providing for short term bogs and shallow lakes that sustain life. Lose the ice caps and you lose the permafrost. Secondly the effect will release more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

I always thought we had term limits, we just call ’em elections. To me as a citizen, term limits are a restriction on my rights to be represented by whom I choose. And honestly, when my wife is in a complicated labor, I don’t want the freshly-scrubbed, well-intentioned medical student, I want the guy who built his house in the Hamptons on the babies he’s delivered. In no other field of endeavor do we so disdain experience. Granted, I’ve worked with some long-timers who probably should have hung up their cleats, but that’s the voters’ collective responsibility. If we have given up on them, our whole system is in jeopardy. Maybe that’s your point.

More often than you might believe the operation is being performed by a newly minted student. The other guy has his pager on though, so rest easy.

Sarah’s in her fourth year of med school, and is still pretty closely observed. From what I understand, once she hits residency next year, she’s the only doc lots of people will see. That’s a much longer conversation, though, if we get into the warts our medical system has!

Hey, this private conversation is wearing me out.Yes let’s defer for a bit on Health Care system.I would only bum you out with what I have seen over 2o years. It will all be over though in Oct right? That’s when the big changes come. That’s when the experience& benevolence of our legislators will deliver us a health plan as fine as the one they use.
Joe you are going to have plenty of solo time moving forward.
