It’s time for a permanent rest room on the Swasey. There are a host of prefab( nice designs) units available on the web. We could do the latest generation of composting units or plumb it. Either way it’s time to provide rest rooms on the Swasey Parkway. I have seen a substantial uptick in the  use of the  Parkway this Spring.
