I was going to wait for Friday.  It doesn’t matter does it? We should be talking as a Community about unpaid fees and taxes. It should not be something that  causes the Chairman to cringe. This  is  getting out of hand  and the  lien system  is of no use any more. This is too much money to be owed  and it should be collected.
