Wayne Patten wrote a letter and it’s in today’s Exeter Newsletter. The final line is haunting. It is true on so many levels. “Nothing magnifies the truth like hard times”.
I remember seeing the debate regarding the pay raises and the budget recommendations. Mr Campbell threw the grenade back to the Committee on who was responsible. I am not entering the fray except on one point. I want the ability to get rid of non performers and bad hires without law suits and long drawn out goodbyes.
