The river  is below the lip, it’s quite a drop. It’s been like this a few days  now. It’s not inconceivable  that  someone descending the hill on a snowy day could swerve to avoid a twit (twitting) in  a car exiting the  Library and over they go.

It needs a  guard rail.

Texting while driving will cost you  100 bucks  this year. You can count on a few examples being made soon, it’s revenue.
