Dear FFders, In case you’re driving by , last minute type of deal and don’t feel like getting the oven going..we’ve got quite the array of cold nibblers that be side dishes or the main meal.

1) shrimp salad…horseradishy sauce

2) lobster salad..simple ..you do the doctoring

3) cous-cous..curried

4) wild rice … Tasty Asian concoction

5) FFD’s award winning slaw…( don’t ask which award)

6) 4 bean goin fast

7) calamari salad..Italian, Cajun dressing that is great cold or gently warmed and added to pasta.

We have the nice red leaf , organic lettuce as well.

Fruit..for dessert, for all you showing great discipline :

1) Quebec strawberries..be the last on the block to offer these beauties

2) Native blueberries…texture and flavor

3) jersey peaches… no hoping that they are good …*they are*

4) Tuscan Melons…dense cantaloupe type

oh yeah, also we’ve got some fish here, brought back from Boston this

morning.: all the grillers:wild King salmon, swordfish ..halibut, blue,

Atlantic salmon…got some beautiful haddock and cod as well…give a shout

and see what else is here on the premises , we’d be glad to hold it or create a new batch if we don’t.
