I had to turn it off. The Jady Hill issue is clear cut.Bill was worried about rhododendrons. It’s two holes Bill , not a trench. I have to ask if Pine  Street required new laterals would we pay for them too? Colonial Way? If we do this for one neighborhood we do it for all right? A loan program fine, giveaway, forget it. I was really bummed to hear Selectmen speaking about non compliant citizens too. That we might need to establish a surveillance program! Awful. Do the right thing.
