Doozie has finally agreed with me to drop the paper. I take the Exeter News Letter/Sunday Herald and the Boston Sunday Globe. The Newsletter is no longer informing me, it just bugs me, every issue. It’s no way to begin ones day.
They must titter (do they?) when selecting letters to publish.
I am working on a goodbye post because for me this is a big deal. Honestly many of the posts on the blog are in response or a fill in to stories carried by the paper. I have asked my readers to get subscriptions!
No more.
I have been at this point in previous years but Doozie has always pulled me away from the precipice.
All that fun hyperbole I will save for the goodbye post
I went looking for a new one today and checked out the Newburyport News. Anna Jacques is on the mend after years on it’s knees, great downtown, a harbor. I found a nice piece on happiness, penned by a yoga instructor for their online addition. It’s worth a read as we are still entering the New Year. My strategy to infuse my New Year with something new?
Drop the paper.
