Right now the roads on the Seacoast are awash in accidents. It rained  briefly then froze in just a few minutes. The police and fire  departments are very busy, all over.
Update 4pm I grabbed a police scanner app for the Ipad(free) and the airwaves are full of accidents,and comments by patrol officers of “treacherous conditions”
