Only an idiot would exceed the posted speed limit on Epping Rd. The reason is simple, every day of the week at all hours that road seems to have a dedicated patrol unit. It has been  my experience that High Street is not covered in the same fashion. It would seem to be a very good place to deploy the “motor”. I think I have exceeded the limit myself once or twice, on my bicycle.
