I have made three inquiries with no answer so I am posting the photos below.
I did ask as to why the panels were not cleared of snow, but it has been over a week on those inquiries. One official was unsure as to who has the responsibility.
I have no clue as the state of the arrays at the High School Campus.
I am not driving out there to look.

I noted the field of panels at the High School on Feb 21, 2015. The snow had not been removed. Seems the owners of these panel are not motivated to achieve full efficiency…which is an odd message to High Schoolers and taxpayers. So why the investment in the first place?
