Here is a fun and true story from years ago while I was involved in medical device sales. Those were the days of company cars. You could jump all around to different companies.
Things were really popping.
The Regional Manager arrives at the airport at dawn and leaps into the car driven by his local field representative for a great day of selling.
After a moment or two as they pull away from the curb the manager asks “When did we start using Pontiacs?”
That poor rep had hopped in the wrong company car that morning, the back seat full of another firms samples.
He lost both jobs.
