I am voting no today on giving Gilman St to the Academy.
Why? Because it’s time to reset the Town / Gown relationship .
PEA did not sign the well agreement till 3:30 yesterday. That’s outrageous .
You can do what you think is best , but in my view it’s time for the Town to push back.
It’s now 830 am and two people have voted.
