This coming Friday we are scheduled for insulation in the addition. Luckily it has been an easy Winter for us here on the Cape. I just have a sheet of plywood between us and that area. The size of a project just has no impact at all on the schedule. I walked down to Woods Hole the other day. It was a beautiful day and I strolled past project after project with no one on the job. Oh I know all the tales I assure you. I have heard plenty about homes that were damaged significantly in that deep freeze.

If you live in Worcester your plumbing rates are lower than the Cape right now. Plumbers are commuting to get that dough.

Heard of some ball busting by local inspectors towards these plumbers. In Maine they say “ from away “.

We can’t wait to spread out and put all the electronics in one room. It will be 18 months soon from our move here. I was going to stay “at it” this Summer with more projects but have tabled it all .
