Here is a reply to my query on the status.
The website/server is fine, our DNS provider’s nameserver crashed on
Friday. They have been working on getting everything back together ever
since. They cannot be contacted by phone or e-mail but their parent
organization has been communicative. I have the paperwork in place for
an emergency domain changeover. This will take 72 hours to implement
and propagate, I have them on hold until tomorrow since it looks like
the people that originally failed us are coming back up right now and
propagation time would be hours rather than days.
