There is an article  in the paper today  regarding a survey of the sewer pipes. We are paying an engineering firm to locate broken pipes. Broken pipes  allow ground water to enter the system and when it rains too much we dump the excess untreated sewerage in the Squamscott River.   I have asked many times about the camera we bought when Keith Noyes was  the Director of DPW, it cost about 8oK.  Since that time you could have surveyed every pipe in Town. No one will  read that article  in the paper. No one will  ask around to find out  anything.

The Jady Hill  area  is old. Douglas Way near  the Golf Course  was built in the 50’s. There has been no sewer work at all in the area since the 70’s. Maybe we could sell the camera? I could use  the proceeds for my composting toilets on the Swasey.
