3.5 million gallon CSO last night into the Squamscott River and eventually Great Bay. That is a  huge CSO ( look it up), really massive and disgusting . It’s the largest CSO ever and should be on the 6 o’clock news. Does anyone actually watch a 6 o’clock news program?

I am so upset over this news my hands are shaking.
