While the news has no real news  about the raid you can quickly determine the possible problem, yourself. All you have to do is look at the Executive Officers bios.

I hope we get Chuck Hagel on the job soon  to begin the  process to reorder our defense? priorities, and  fix the mess amongst the defense? contractors.
