purely anecdotal

Comcast announced they are closing the Epping Rd “Customer Service” Center because of low volume and customers using other options for service. I have had to visit that office maybe 3 times in the last 5 years and there was always a line out the door.

I rarely enter a bank anymore, breeze right through toll booths with my EZ Pass, and my mailman only delivers junk mail.

You can actually call Las Olas with your order before heading down there.

I do understand however how many others do not  or are unable to avail themselves  of  other options.

“Your hold time will be approximately 15 minutes”

“Have you considered chatting with a representative online?”

“Before chatting have you researched our FAQ’s?”

“Hello, Hello, Hello”
