Voters picked Townley Chisholm as the Exeter representative to the School Board for three years with 2,234 votes. His competitor, Roy Morrisette, received a total of 2,223 votes.

    11 votes out of almost 4500?! Is there a statutory margin that triggers any sort of automatic recount?
