The Judge will render his decision on Monday. Mr Ferraro and Ms O’Barton attended the hearing today with the plaintiffs.
We could get a decision that requires us to hold another Deliberative Session for just those two articles. Then a special election. We could also do a sticker on the ballot,but that would not address the absentee votes.
The Judge could tell em to go scratch.
Please vote YES to begin fixing the mess in Jady Hill. There is no point in stalling anymore. Stratham will not be our white knight. They can’t even swing a new fire tanker.

any word on a decision? Couldn’t find anything on the Superior Court websites. Thought Seacoastonline / ENL might post a brief article, but I suppose we’ll have to wait til tomorrow’s paper?

However there is a date of May something for some further action. My source had scanty/sketchy/thin/ info just now. We have nothing to worry about for tomorrow. Make a sign , show up, vote.
