A driver just called me to say he narrowly missed being  in  a head on collision on Water Street with an out bound car, BEYOND the detour at Salem Street. The outbound driver drove around the barrels!

This is not working, it is unsafe,and tomorrow morning will be  worse.

Wait till night time , and drivers with a snoot full.

Informational road blocks would have helped prior to  beginning the detour.

You need to  place signage  on 111A and  on 111.

What a mess.

The  parking spaces at the base of Water St near the barber shop and the Swasey entrance need to be eliminated for 2 years. The squeeze play is not going to work.
